Hygienic PVC cladding
Euroseal manufacture and supply one of the leading ceiling and wall cladding systems currently available on the market. We provide all components of our hygienic cladding system, including cloaking trims and planks. Additionally we can supply profiles which allow the system to be fixed either to the wall or ceiling.
Designed in conjunction with leading UK stockists
Our hygienic cladding system has been jointly designed with some of the UK’s leading contract managers, installers, and stockists of hygienic cladding – both wall and ceiling cladding. The system and all of its derivatives is now available and will be stocked by Euroseal and their appointed stockists and distributors.
Hygienic ceiling cladding
The ceiling cladding is a 250mm wide flush-fit PVC plank with a concealed fixing available in 3m, 4m, 5m, and 6m lengths. It has been designed with interlocking planks specifically for ceilings, hiding all fixings to create a single, flush surface which is low maintenance and hygienic. For optimum hygiene and to maintain quality standards, each plank is shipped with protective film during transit, which remains in place during installation.
Hygienic Wall Cladding
Like the ceiling cladding, hygienic wall cladding from Euroseal has been designed to provide a system that has various installation options (1-part and 2-part profiles) available – as well as being aesthetically pleasing once installed. This makes it appealing to both end consumer and installer, as the cladding is unobtrusive, easy to install and provides excellent levels of hygiene.
Colour and antimicrobial finishing options
Our hygienic cladding can be customised with various colours. As standard, they have been coloured matched to hygienic PVC sheet whites, providing a standard white, though they’re available in 4 pastel colours – Grey, Cream, Blue, and Green, providing the most comprehensive range of colour-matched hygienic cladding on the market today.
They can even be supplied in antimicrobial materials for use in sterile environments, designed to counter E. coli and MRSA. The antimicrobial element is permanent because it runs throughout the profile, not just on the surface, which means that it can’t just be scratched off.
